How to force close/restart apps on Tizen TVs?

I have a UN65KS800D TV and occasionally Netflix/HBO will freeze. There seems to be no way to kill the app and 'turning off' the TV does nothing since it just puts it to sleep. The only way I have worked around this is to reach around the back of a TV mounted on a wall and disconnect and reconnect. Surely there has to be a better way around this?

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
